Action Panel Beaters has been in existence from 1983 and over this period we grew to a big Auto Repair Centre.
Action Panel Beaters is equipped with the latest Chassis straighteners and other electronical equipment, diagnostic machines. Our systems are capable of measuring chassis or moni frames to a one-millimeter accuracy.
At Action Panel Beaters we use the “Wedge Clamp” pivot measuring system for more accuracy on chassis repairs.
Our Qualified Panel beaters and Foremen is fully trained in the use of this equipment.
Our staff includes a qualified Spray painters and we exclusively use “Sikkens” paint. All our spray-painting is done in 2 spray booths/ovens, one of them being a bigger “Saico” and the others a “Europe” from Italy. We use the “Dry Flatting” system in our paint preparation bays, in conjunction with an infrared drying system to speed up customer jobs.
We are one of the few centres to assist in digital claims as we utilize computerized quoting systems such as Audatex and TMS.
We have an Audi aluminium bay with all the specified equipment as per Volkswagen requirements. This if for bolt on and bolt off as well as body repairs to Audi and VW aluminium vehicles
